They reopened my account after I paid off my balance to add court fees. I called 7 times the day I paid off the balance to verify, but no one picked up. They closed my access to my payment portal the next day. Wasn't informed of any remaining balance (via phone, email, nor post) until a garnishment summons was mailed 10 months later. Conveniently, access to my payment portal has been reenabled with a new unidentified balance. I would have just paid that fee 10 months ago if it was listed as payable. Good luck, folks.

Irresponsible for emailing reminders to make a payment. If they do something they shouldn't then we will be the ones to take legal action against them. This business is not BBB accredited. *update* I feel these people are ripping you off. I have been paying on this account faithfully and watch the balance. I make a payment and question why the balance keeps going up instead of down. I emailed them threatening that I will no longer pay a single penny until they change the balance owed. Now it looks as if they are pulling it again.

Scamers, and thefts.. took money out of my account with no legal order and claimed they had one, but when I contacted the mn attorney general, they confirmed that there was none. Also, multiple people say the same things. I'm going as far as 5 years back. This firm should be ashamed of them selfs.... and have their bar revoked

You can't even get to a live person, it's ridiculous they make you leave a message and wait a day to receive a callback. Just go physically into their location and get anything done face to face.

I have a payment plan with them that was agreed upon so we didn’t need to go to court. When using their automated payment system over the phone, you have to enter a file number so you can make a payment. However, every time I enter that file number, it says not found and therefore I cannot make a payment. I have to have someone call me in order to make the payment, but there is no guarantee they will call me on the day the payment is due so I don’t get behind. For whatever reason, they will not fix the issue. I refuse to take accountability for their mistakes during the payment process. You’d think they would make paying the debt easy because they want the money, right? Nope. What a joke.
