I have paid off my debt still shows my credit reports the half I owe is paid in full I actually overpaid my last payment that shows on my credit report. I've called the office several times keeps saying the insurance company didn't pay there part yet to them thats not my concern thier part. The staff seems nice but really not there to help you.

These fine folks had an armed sheriff deliver a debt collection notice to me at my place of employment, a restaurant, during lunch hour. The debt I owed was from a medical balance, and thankfully balance billing is illegal now. An armed sheriff for a medical debt. Wow. Great work.

What they fail to tell you when you set up payment arrangements that after a certain amount of time they stop automatically deducting them. They’re rude and unprofessional meanwhile the debt collectors you’re speaking to sit behind a desk maybe making $12 an hour. Harassment at its finest with this place! Pure scum.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would, when you offer to pay a company monthly for a bill you owe and they decline, then charge court costs and interest on an account they pay pennies to take off the hospitals hands, you know this is the devil at work. Karma will take care of stokes and clinton,

Worked well with my low income over the last few years to obsolete an old judgement , next time I’ll have them on my side instead of the other side lol
