We've dealt with several real estate attorneys and our experience with Garry was the best! He handled a very difficult closing for us, and did an outstanding job. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. The quality I like best is his great attitude! I highly recommend Garry!

Sure, he can handle a closing...that's his job. But, after moving out of state, handling a closing from the sellers side was not great. This was our third closing with him in a 2 year span. They spilled water on our mortgage on the second closing, so we had to go there to sign everything a second time. Now that we sold the house and are out of state, they wouldn't waive a $15 wire transfer fee. Some service for a repeat customer who they inconvenienced the last time. Even better, they sent our closing documents to us via email at 11:30am the day before closing. They needed to be printed, reviewed, notarized, an sent back via FedEx Overnight by 4pm the same day. So, 4 and a half hours to review the figures of a $300,000 transaction, go get them notarized, and dropped off at a FedEx location.

Really appreciate the followup service! Garry responded, and personally called me in a very timely manner concerning an 11 year old transaction. Thank you!
