I ended up getting a (filling a false report). Tom was able to push my case back to a time that would work better and gave us more time to file the proper forms. He ended up getting the case dropped right before court but was able to work hard and help me with any questions I had during the process. His secretary worked hard to make sure everything that we asked for was handled and in a timely matter. I will definitely use Tom again if needed!

Immediately after my first phone call with Tom, I knew he was the person I wanted to have represent me. I felt that Tom would have a strong voice for me, and push to have the best possible outcome for my case. Within a couple of days after initial filings on my behalf, my case was dismissed. I was very pleased with how Tom, and the Sutherland Law Office staff, were able to ease my concerns about the case as well as answer all of my questions at any given time.

From day one of dealing with Tom and his staff I truly felt that I had somebody in my corner that was going to go to bat for me. He communicated with me on a regular basis so I was never left in the dark on anything. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and his rates didn't put me in the poor house. I couldn't have gotten a better defense of my case. Tom's firm is now on my speed dial should the worst ever happen again.

I have to say, Mr. Sutherland was a forceful man to behold and it showed when court time came. He was able to negotiate hard and push for the absolute minimum sentence and best deal I could possibly hope for. His price was fair and he worked with me on making sure I could work within my means. He did not disappoint in any way shape or form and I would recommend this man for anyone who might just find themselves in the gunsights of the 'LAW'.
