Taczak Law Office

When you seek out an attorney you hope to find one that is responsible, mature, and you hope to find one that knows what he is doing. I was referred to this attorney. I have done everything that he has told me to do. His communication skills are terrible. I have called his office, emailed him, etc. to no avail. Is there even a real attorney in this office??? I just called his office again...he is out of the office all week and his receptionist has no clue about me. It has been about three months since I was referred to this so called "attorney." He is irresponsible and very immature as he plays games with people's lives. One would THINK that if he was not interested in taking your case he would have told you so in the very beginning so as not to waste your time. If you need legal representation do not use this attorney. It is a complete waste of your time. Stay very far away from this man. He is not an attorney in any sense of the word.

I do not recommend retaining this law firm. I retained Attorney Taczak to represent me from June 2018 to September 2018. My case was in jeopardy due to his lack of motivation and his unwillingness to respond to my emails/phone calls. The extreme lack of communication from him was highly unacceptable - he often took at least two week vacations in a month every month. As a direct result, he missed a discovery deadline - extremely unacceptable. Therefore, I had no choice but to end the attorney-client relationship. Attorney Taczak does not represent his clients aggressively enough and is disrespectful by ignoring emails and not returning phone calls. I honestly do not think he enjoys being an attorney - his actions or lack thereof is self-evident. The office is disorganized and his receptionist is condescending and incompetent. I do not recommend retaining Attorney Taczak. I suggest that you search other more reputable law firms in the area - I strongly believe their receptionist and attorneys will treat you with dignity and respect and make sure you receive the best outcome in regards to your legal matter than the Taczak Law Office.

Steve is an absolutely great attorney. He handled our issues with no problem and was attentive to our needs. He was absolutely on top of everything. I highly recommend!

This attorney had ZERO contact with me during or after our hearings. NEVER returned a single call to me. NEVERRRRR used any of my material or thoughts on my child support hearing. If he's representing a women for their child..... DON'T DO IT!! He took my money,, lost my case,, and never to this day has returned my call or discuss what happened.. DONT HIRE HIM FOR FAMILY COURT IS ALL I CAN SAY!!! ***Now I'm getting bills from this attorney AFTER he's been paid in full (and I have my paid in full receipts).. It's funny cause I got another bill from him AFTER I left this review?!
