I would highly recommend to seek other legal options. I corresponded with a legal assistant for over two weeks, who informed me Emma wouldn't even speak with me for an initial free consultation because she doesn't think I am cited on my family trust. She doesn't even want to give an opinion on if we align in what should happen in litigation without payment. These folks just want to line their pockets and don't care about their actual clients. I shopped for attorneys and must have spoke with 6 separate lawyers - all of which were far more professional and experienced than this. This was without a doubt the worst correspondence and unprofessionalism in an attorney / legal assistant I have ever seen. If you need assistance with family trusts or litigation in the Boston area I'd recommend Kevin Diamond instead.
