Texas Law Shield

I’ve been with US shield for almost two years and have not any of the issues these other folks are having. The staff and attorneys are very good at their work. When I had questions they asked me for my d information and after it was confirmed that I was in good standing with, I was called immediately or placed on hold for an attorney.

Had so many questions but I forgot most of them. Laura Arenaza's FAQs knowledge reminded me and explained in depth any of my concerns. Excellent services. I have personal protection and now peace in mind knowing I'm legally protected.

I never write Google Reviews but I felt I had to here. I was looking at CCW insurance/doing research for a while and had a question about their local attorneys. Called them and they said they would have an attorney get back to me within 5 business days. I felt like that was a long time but I waited. Two weeks later still no call. Call back, same thing. It's been about a month and a half with no call back. If their attorneys can't return phone calls as promised, I do not trust they will in any situation with high priority. Choosing a different option.

I have rarely seen such an unprofessional company. They are sending me emails and thanking me for registering with them, although i am certainly not an American so this wouldnt have any use for me. Of course, it is possible that someone used my details to sign up. This, however, implies that LawShield - a supposed professional law firm - doesn't check their "clients" in the slightest and just takes information as it is. Additionally, i tried to solve this matter by writing them an email but didnt receive any reply until now which shows that they are not interested in solving this matter.

Don't do it. They will keep pulling money after you have canceled.
