As a small business owner with a relatively small ticket price on the services provided, I've always been reluctant to pay an attorney to create or review agreements for me. After all, there are plenty of agreements available online that sound really good. However, now that I've had Andrew Peterson's assistance on my company's terms of service and written contracts (which I found was absolutely necessary after a first-hand experience revealed the liabilities I was open to - regardless of the nature or cost of the service being provided), I'm totally sold on how important it is to have a knowledgeable and thoughtful attorney involved. After going through multiple documents now, I couldn't be more comfortable (and even excited) to be working with Andrew at this law firm. In addition to catching so many things that could be improved, his detailed comments of the "why" for making changes (as well as alternative approaches that may be more suitable for my intentions) are much appreciated.
