The Arnold Law Firm LLC
Reviews
We contacted this firm due to their many 5 star reviews, expecting to get the same treatment. We were initially met with positive attitudes and a reassurance of why they have their reviews. It was short lived. They needed US to solve everything for them, and they still couldn’t figure it out. They kept commending us for “acting as lawyers” (doing all the work ourselves) up until there was a delay in a change we were expecting on a paperwork. Expected on Friday. They didn’t even wait until EOD before issuing us a disengagement letter and showing us the old paperwork. We explained to them that the party responsible for updating the paperwork, doesn’t arrive until the evening on Friday. They ceased communicating with us when we literally had everything they asked for. Later that day, we had everything they needed, including the NEW paperwork. (they could’ve done this themselves) and they never recanted the disengagement. This review is a reminder that this firm is far from the 5 stars they’ve likely paid for or asked for. Also, negotiate your upfront percentage! They accepted a 28% pursuit fee because we did so much of their job for them before they even agreed to work with us.
I was involved in a traffic accident about 2 years ago and was put in touch with The Angell Law Firm through a family member. The attorneys at The Angell Law firm took great care of me and my case - checking in several times per week to see how I was doing. I was very satisfied with the overall process in general as well as my settlement amount in the end. I would absolutely recommend The Angell Law Firm to my friends and family. They truly allow you to focus on recovery while they deal with the insurance companies, hospitals, etc. Great law firm!
This has been such an experience. The media has an overwhelming amount of personal injury ads here in Atlanta. Even with all that, you never think you’ll need one. I’m glad when I had my accident that the Angell Law firm was there for me. From day one, I have felt that they were always there for me. In the beginning there were calls every couple days to check on me and find out what my needs were. Each person explained the process. While I know there is a system, I didn’t completely feel like just a number. Special shout out to Ryan! He’s amazing. He listened to me and made things happen. While I’m sure if I had gone to court, I could’ve been put in a different position. I do feel like Ryan and the team got me a great settlement. Thank you
This Law Firm was a pleasure to work with. Very customer service friendly & make sure they do their best. Mr. Ryan helped me I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again so much.
Sorry to have to be the 1st 1-star review however, it not without reason and justification. I was recently involved in an MVA accident where Forsyth county wrongly placed fault on me. (The other driver lied, and their “investigation” coincided with this driver at the time). Me sticking to my truth, I contacted about 8 businesses in the area seeking surveillance footage which corroborated with my account on what happened that night. After securing footage at TWO locations, submitting it to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s department, and asking for a reversal of the citation and an amendment to the report, I was granted such by the sergeant after her viewed the surveillance footage and agreed with the other driver being at fault. I sought Angell Law Firm for their services a few days ago. I’ve gathered all supporting documents, evidence and more for my case on my own (saving them a ton of leg work). We were now simply waiting on an UPDATED report scheduled to be updated today-12/6/24, to get started with representation. I was assigned case manager Fanny Medina who on today, pulled the OLD report, called me and threatened disengagement of representation, due to the report showing incorrect information. She then hung up the call in my face, I called back and was told that she will be forwarding me the report via email. The email contained her stating that due to the nature of the report, they would have to regrettably disengage representation with me. She also attached the OLD report. I REPEATEDLY told them there will be a NEW report and provided verbal (consented audio recording) communication from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office confirming that. I just received written confirmation from Forsyth County’s Lieutenant, (at 9:39pm 12/6/24) confirming the new report and the updated information that Angell Law Firm said needed to be on the report. Everything is in writing. The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Lieutenants issued an apology and written confirmation to fix and resolve this issue. WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED? Why was I ghosted and left without representation? Your incompetent case manager had the wrong report. You all dropped the ball on this one, and I’m holding EVERYONE accountable for their errors in this matter.
