Had an amazing experience with this law firm! Resolved my workers comp case in under four months with ease. Not to mention everyone from the staff was beyond kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

David was an amazing attorney. I never thought I would ever need a lawyer for anything. I was scared and uncomfortable at the thought of actually needing one. All of my fears and worries disappeared the moment I spoke with David. He explained why things were going the way they were, and, equipped me with much needed knowledge of this system. When my original company doctor laughed at my injury then slipped and said private information about my employer, I knew I needed a new doctor. My employer refused to let me see a new doctor, and, the adjuster wouldn't answer my calls. After a month of con-doctors and not getting paid, I had to hire a lawyer and was grateful that David took my case. I was able to see a different doctor, and, get the money they owed me. I had a lot of issues with my case, and, every time something came up I was informed and comforted. There is open communication throughout the process. David, Katie, and Jan were patient and understanding. It's a team and it's what you need if you get hurt.

I'm sure the lawyers themselves are nice but the Jessica woman who answered the phone was rude. I just wanted to ask a question about workers compensation, nothing else. Didn't want to be represented by a lawyer, just a question because the lawyer I was getting represented by said if I had any questions about workers comp, referred me to Mack. Mack would know more about the workers comp side of things. Well Jessica didn't seem like she wanted to hear my question. Also, she said they couldn't represent me. Uh, don't need them to, just needed a questioned answered. I don't know if she had a bad day or whatever but she probably should have taken the day off.

I was recommended to this firm to handle the workers comp part of a hit and run that happened while I was on the clock. I worked closely with Stephanie Tucker and could not be happier with how the handled the situation. She made sure I got the care and rehabilitation and needed and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She was compassionate and friendly, and quite honestly change my perspective on lawyers ( I used to have quite a negative one ). My husband hired Mack Babcock for a Work Comp. case because of the injuries he was unable to return to work.
