Between my workers comp and personal injury team Bader Scott has been very helpful. From getting me into the drs fast and getting my actual case settled I have been very pleased. Workers comp is taking a little longer but they have still done a good job. Someone always returns my calls and understanding of my questions.

My wife was hit by a dump truck and the dump truck were at fault. My insurance paid for my truck to be repaired and it seems the lawyer don’t care about us at all plus they have 25k they are suppose to give to us but we never received it. Bad communication also. It feels like they got their money and we have not got anything at all

I am satisfied with the work Orianne and Shanti put into my case. They were able to settle my case in less than a year. I admire this firm and would recommend their services to everyone, my friends, and family.

EDIT: Was left a message to send them an email, to which I did as soon as they told me to. I still have not heard anything back and I sent the email on 7/31. This just reiterates how poor the communication is with this firm. Honestly I’m so disappointed with this law firm. I found them because of the reviews and in the beginning they were great but then communication was a nightmare. They didn’t fight for me really at all. I ended up settling because they convinced me my other injuries weren’t worth the fight and they weren’t doing anything to help me great treatment anyways. I ended up finding out my other injuries that weren’t included in the settlement were pretty severe and I ended up needing cervical spine surgery but of course my lawyer had told me not to fight for my neck. I got little to nothing compared to what I should have gotten including medical treatment that was refused for almost a year. I don’t recommend this law firm at all, find someone who believes in your case and who will actually fight for you because this firm is not it. Now I’m suffering and still dealing with my injuries with hardly any money to treat them. Oh and when we was in the process of signing the settlement I tried to get ahold of my lawyer several times to ask questions and she refused to call me back and wouldn’t talk to me at all even after signing. She had her assistant call me even though I requested my lawyer. It felt like they got their piece of my settlement and just dumped me and didn’t care at all about me.
