I hired Jose Baez for more than $50,000 in retainer and fees I got Sean Landers someone I never heard of, It was the worst case defense I have ever seen. He did not provide evidence To prove my sons innocence even though my son continuously requested the lawyer contact his sister who had evidence and could have proved my son was totally innocent. But he did not provide any evidence to prove his innocence and my son ended up with 25 years in prison with no evidence no DNA no weapon nothing. This attorney was too busy traveling to other states for cases because he is board certified. After my son was sentenced they had the or Audacity to ask me for another $20,000.00 to do an appeal. I have not seen my son except in court in over a year I’m not allowed to speak to him I don’t know where they took him I took all the money I had, life insurance, pension, 403b and gave it to Baez law towards the defense of my son and thanks to the great reputation and horrible representation my son is in jail for 25 years for a crime he did not commit.
