I never write reviews and I have never had to obtain legal representation of any kind. Nonetheless, I recently had an injury at my workplace, and a colleague gave me the name of an attorney who then connected me with Gennaro Battiloro of the Battiloro Law Group. I am on workers comp and still in the process of trying to get the treatment I need (surgery). After 2 1/2 months the insurance co that provides WC payments for my employer just STOPPED everything and then denies my case. I immediately contacted Mr. Battiloro's office and asked his office mgr to schedule an appointment for me to meet with him and discuss my concerns over the reasons for denial and review my case.
