RUN from this office. Andrew Wehunt is did absolutely horrific in my case. Yes, my case has some complications but he didn’t care to meet in person until the day of court. I made him meet with me in person the day before, and discussed what our game plan. He crumbled so fast, it seemed like his first ever case. In court, he gave my ex 12k in assets/vehicles the we discussed the day before that I requested half the value from her. He was supposed to ask for me to get primary custodial guardianship but he bailed on that plan and never once presented to the court that we sought primary custody. I felt helpless at court because he was suppose to be a professional and all he did was roll over and took my money. Be aware that this firm charges by the hour and per anytime information is exchanged from client to the paralegal/lawyer. So anytime a text or email is sent, you’re looking at $22-24 dollars for them to get an email/text and another $22-24 send one back. When I called the office the first time and explained my case they put me in touch with Andrew, and apparently he was the newest member there. My experience was nothing good and a waste of over 10k. I can’t speak the same for the other lawyers at this firm but I would advise reconsidering using this practice if he is their standard.

They are amazing people to have on your side!! They were so helpful and understanding throughout my case that I felt at ease. I couldn't have gotten a better team anywhere else!! I would highly recommend Burns Smith Law, P.C to anyone that needs a great team behind their back.

Brian was excellent to work with. I brought him a difficult case that crossed state lines and he didn’t bat an eye he jumped right in and got to work. When it really mattered he acted quickly and made it possible to end a case that had gone on for 15 yrs. When it came time for court he kept my nerves in check and assured me things were under control. Just like he said everything was under control. He obviously was comfortable in the court room and spoke with confidence and had a good rapport with the judge and other members of the court. I would definitely recommend Brian, personal, caring and thorough all the way to the end.
