Disappointing Experience with Carr Law Office I had a disappointing experience with Carr Law Office in Boston Heights, Ohio. Unfortunately, they never responded to my correspondence, leaving me in the dark throughout my legal matter. Communication is a fundamental aspect of legal services, and the lack of it was truly frustrating and unprofessional. I hope others have a better experience, but I cannot recommend this firm based on my own experience.
