Hired in 2020 to handle child support modification Motion from mother. $5000 to assemble my financials and upload to court, attend 2 hours of mediation, a letter to opposing counsel, and a couple of basic procedural documents to the court. To close out his work, Mr. Cossitt colluded with opposing counsel to allow unopposed dismissal of the motion to modify, without my consent, then removed himself as my attorney. This year, when my self-filed Motion to award fees in that case went to court, the magistrate's finding was that my attorney fees were "grossly excessive given the amount of work performed", which says it all. My fees were >3X those of opposing counsel for the same or less work. If you want to be gouged and deceived, this is your one-stop shop.

I cannot recommend Tom Cossitt and his team enough. He prioritized the safety of myself and my daughter and made himself available 24/7. At our hearing, the judge said that we had the best relocation presentation he had ever seen and we were able to relocate! Tom was aggressive and confident in court and definitely knew his stuff.

The best thing that happened to me when I was using this law firm was when they fired me as a client. The mistakes this place makes are unbelievable. Wrong names of my kids, not holding a deadline, not holding the opposing party accountable, legal knowledge all very sub standard IMPO. Run from this law firm. All they will do is suck up your money and do very little for it.
