Overall, my experience working with Ottinger Firm was truly the best. Every team member took their time listening to my case and my experience, and worked closely with me to ensure I felt safe and comfortable with every step of the process. It didn't matter how many questions I had, the Ottinger team was patient, always willing to find time to answer my questions (obvious or not haha) and always gave an explanation on why a certain step was taken. I truly enjoyed working with everyone on your team that I had the pleasure of speaking to. Anjali was my first introduction to the firm, and she did not disappoint. She took the time to get to know me as a person—not just a number or a potential case. From our very first conversation, she reassured me that there was no judgment from her or the wider team, which immediately put me at ease. I also had the pleasure of working with Erin for a short time, and she was fantastic. Lastly, I worked closely with Robert and Mike, and I truly can’t say enough about the impact they had on me. Facing a daunting situation, I was filled with anxiety, but they both took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. Robert had a calm and steady presence that made me feel reassured, while Mike brought an incredible level of support, always making sure I felt heard and validated.
