Chris is one of the best lawyer that I have seen Honest sincere hardworking and straightforward tells you as it is I have known him for last 5 years I have dealt with other lawyers who are only there to rack up there bills and there financial interest trumps everything however Chris will tell you as it is give you the right advice and will guide you with what is best for you He and his wife Kathleen are the best lawyers I highly recommend them

Always responds, almost always talks to you immediately (if possible), responded back when he was climbing mountains in Colorado, on the beach on a weekend...(not typical). Receptionist very respectful, answers phone on one ring or two. His wife who is also an appellant attorney proff reads all correspondence, motions, answers and pleas so that wrong names, wrong spellings, wrong defendants are NOT in the legal docs which is so common almost the norm it seems. NOT SLOPPY. Mr. Skambis feels your pain. Very honest and ethical...(some would say that puts him at a disadvantage among some of his piers! However, Mr. Skambis rarely loses (very rarely) because he tells you like it is so you don’t go into litigation in a weak position or not well informed AND he knows the case law to the “T”. Great in court but normally on court house steps the other side succumbs knowing factually without the bull they are outgunned. A person of detail (my profession demands that also) there is a lot of paperwork to produce and time spent being ready. Now, the only negative. You have to pay for this thoroughness, experience and time. Mr. Skambis is not cheap. But do we want to go cheap when it comes to our business, our contracts, our future? I did once and now have a mess Mr. Skambis has to straighten out (which I know he will, LOL).
