I would never recommend this attorney. I only spoke with Mr. Piazza once during my initial consultation after being in a serious car accident and after that I only spoke to his assistant. I called many times but only got my questions answered by her. Anytime I went to the office the admin would say he wasn't there but she would leave him a note to contact me - he never did. Again only his assistant. I set up and took meetings with the SSA. I went all over town to gather my medical records. I filled out tons of paperwork and in those several months he never even called to see how I was feeling. Eventually I dismissed them because I was doing all the work, After 2 years of fighting I finally got approved but Piazza got a chunk of my settlement even though he did no work. I had proof of the dismissal but they were still able to claim my money. Terrible experience.

He's a very nice person to work with and he will go out his way but you will be happy with your results
