Had the absolute best experience with Lance. Highly recommend to anyone in search of an attorney. He gives great advice with realistic expectations and will absolutely fight for you. Communication was top tier. In the end we were both highly satisfied with the results of my case. Will be using him if I am ever in need of an attorney in the future!
I want to simply say thank you to Lance for being an advocate for the people, and being very genuine. To keep it simple, I have been having issues with my apartment complex since I moved in over 60 days ago, I contacted Lance and within a week he managed to get the leasing office and maintenance team to urgently take care of any maintenance related issues I have been dealing with. Thank you once again, I truly do appreciate your help! PS: I wanted to say i definitely recommend Lance bond if you are having any issues with your landlord/ leasing offices. He is very good at what he does.
I cannot in a few words express how wonderful of an experience I had with Lance Bond. He is hard-working, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. From the beginning, Lance kept me well informed about the progress he was making on my behalf and thoroughly explained each step in the process that was specific to my case. His commitment and level of knowledge is without exception and reflects via his work. It is my absolute pleasure to write this review. If I ever required legal assistance again in the future, I would not hesitate to hire Lance again.
In working with Lance Bond I found that he was professional and detailed in his review of my case and provided honest and meaningful feedback. He was both down to earth in helping me understand aspects of the law with regard to my situation and how he could help with a resolution. Lance’s recommendations lead to a successful outcome to which I am sincerely grateful.
I cannot say enough positive things about Lance Bond. I would hire him over and over, for any type of lawsuit that I could, and then I would hire him again. Litigation of any kind is stressful, time consuming, and carries such a fear factor of the unknown. Lance did his absolute best to listen, ask questions, & to then explain what he was going to do, along with detailing possible responses from the opposing side. We needed a strong attorney to represent us in a Tenant/Landlord Lease & Discrimination dispute in Lawrence. In case you aren't familiar with Lawrence, it is a university town that is rich in rentals, belonging to both private landlords and corporate entities. The town prides itself on being a "liberal" bastion, one that fights discrimination on all levels. It is abundant in attorneys as well, and when we needed help I was certain that we would have no problem finding one to take our case. I have lived here for over 25 years & actively followed Landlord/Tenant issues that were reported in local news, which was almost on a daily basis. It is a landlord's paradise here, which quickly hit home when we learned that not one lawyer would even return a phone call or email; not one wanted to touch a lawsuit representing Tenants, even though we were going to fight a Kansas City based Property Management company and not a local landlord/slumlord. I searched in Kansas City and had more luck, with three attorneys calling me back to ask specific questions. It was unanimous. While they too "usually" represented the Landlord side, the case was compelling and each one suggested that I call Lance Bond, even though Mr. Bond was thought to be segueing into other areas of practice (he was & he has). I heard back from Lance within a day and knew within ten minutes that we'd found an attorney with integrity, intelligence, & the confidence to take on a corporate Property Management company that clearly was not used to being challenged. We always knew what was happening in our case, we knew things were transparent, and we knew unequivocally that Lance had our back and would fight for us. His fees are very reasonable, and he keeps meticulous records so that you can literally see where every single dime goes. Ours was a contentious situation that had a few layers and emotions were high. So I particularly appreciated his ability to redirect and help me to focus on what we were fighting for. "Yes, the Property Manager J did do that and it is problematic, but your original objective was...and we are achieving that." His guidance was invaluable. It was almost enjoyable to witness the company's litigator try to sidetrack or put Lance off. He is sharp! I wish he litigated in Family Court, because heads would roll. We need more professionals like him. I'll close this lengthy review by writing what is now obvious. He's the Best. He fights for you and informs you every step of the way. We did indeed win our Discrimination suit & Lease challenge. But you already guessed that by now, didn't you?
