I was referred to this law firm by my boss' wife, Her initial statement was if he can't help you he will find someone who can. My first meeting with him he listened intently to what happened to me as my case was a little different. I was T-boned in a car accident and ended up having to have emergency spinal cord surgery. He called me the next day and told me he would take my case. I was elated as my previous law firm had to be let go and I could tell immediately they would take care of me. Terry is the world's absolute best paralegal in the whole wide world to me. Unlike my previous firm she called me every week if not bi-weekly to keep me informed. Even telling me one time on the phone she had to play devil's advocate which was fine by me at least she was getting the job done. Mr. Karney is a very pleasant man and my experience was amazing.
