The services Richard Kim provided were above and beyond what I expected. I inquired with a situation I had been struggling to resolve and he was able to not only resolve but with an outcome I hadn't even anticipated. Highly recommend him and the firm.

Do not use them, if I could give a company 0 stars it would be this one!! I reached out to this firm first time was back in Late April/ Early May regarding an issue I was having with a client, I had found online they were representing on another matter. I contacted this firm to discuss my situtation to see if it was something they could help with. However, I never got a return call from them after numerous calls to their office seeking the possiblity of their services. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the Covid sitation and everyone's work life being crazy. I called again last week, and advised the girl who answered the phone the situation, that i never got a call back. Her response, she didnt seem concerned at all. I advised her that i was giving them the benefit of the doubt and giving them another chance. I left a message, once again, no return phone call..... Even if this firm is not interested in my case, cant help or what ever the case may be, professionalism goes a long way, with just something as simple as a phone call.
