David Smith is a very knowledgeable, honorable, kind and compassionate man and wonderful attorney! He settled my mother’s estate, a friends estate, and most recently, my sisters estate. Attorney David Smith cheated in the distribution of my parents Will and Trust. He then was forced to pay off a group of attorneys to stop prosecution against him. He did all of this at my expense. I know him to be a dishonest person who should be avoided.
