Never had the chance to use their services because they (Sunjae Lee) choose to just ignore how I want proceed with my situation that required legal advice. I originally filled out their web form before August 2020 and got no response. Then I called on August 2nd and was transferred from the receptionist to Sunjae Lee. He listened and explained how he wanted to proceed and would email some contract to start the services of them being my lawyer. I never received the email and 2 weeks past before I emailed them at their info@jcklaw. First email.. ignored. Second email was where I asked, "Is anyone reading emails?" I finally got a reply with a simple 'sorry for the late reply.' This has been one month since I first tried contacting them. He told me two options. How do I want to proceed. I laid out my plan and wanted to try another method, and it's been nearly a month with no response again. I believe they are only looking for "cookie cutter" cases. Where every case can be churned/processed with minimal effort on the lawyers part. Any case that seems to require innovative thinking or sharpening their barrister skills, instead of just filing paperwork for clients gets ignored but not turned down, just wait it out till the potential client finds another law firm.
