You adverted your attention to the lady, but did not address her issues of bad service from you. You did the exact same thing to my wife and I. We are looking at seeking legal action and financial suit for reimbursement and prolonged damages.
One star because there isn’t a Zero Star. Charges a fee to “look” at your case. Has you come back for “more information”, and money. Calls you for a “Delay”. Sends you a letter of “condemnation”, and it’s “your fault”. Then sends you a bill for writing this letter. Total charges are almost $5,000.00. The letter to us was the only thing he did.
Luis was very helpful and offered immediate help on a time sensitive issue.
