Couldn't get past the airheaded receptionist who didn't know the difference between a quotation and a consultation (pretty much the same thing). She was caught laughing unprofessionally upon picking up the call. Bear in mind we as victims of this corrupt police force are seeking serious advice and help. Totally unprofessional; doubt she even apologized or was conscious of such. Transferred to Voss, the namesake of the DBA. (Btw receptionist had to put me on hold and then get back to only then ask for my full name so attorney could properly address me. . laughable .. like she had just got the job or something which I doubt). Turned out Voss was no better at professionalism. After reciting my story to him 2/3 times (Didn't even get to the crux of the matter/story btw) only THEN he proclaimed I was (and here's a quotation for ya) "telling him what really happened". Are you kidding me?!?!!! I am seeking to confide in legal consult and you claim that I am telling you my truth only after I have to repeat it to you several times (where I never changed the story). Where's the laughing receptionist now?? Reveals your overall pomposity and dare I say (yeah I do) WHITE PRIVILEDGE. What a joke. Good luck making up for this review bc you dearly deserve it. Foul. Unbelievable. Mockery. He better be affordable bc no one deserves this entirely unprofessional demeanor. For shame.

My sister recommended him to me, because he help her in a case she was involved in traffic ticket , he didn't charge her anything just let her know that she did not need an attorney in her case and plus he never charge her for the consultation, I have my own experience when I got a ticket and he help me very well , Thanks Mr. Mark for your help
