I called a local attorney who is very popular here in Eastern NC. After the fourth visit to repair the same issue, we contacted Rick to understand what options were available to convince the manufacturer that the car is excessively problematic. If we didn't accept an offer from the manufacturer, his firm wouldn't ask for any payment. In addition, his fees would come from the acceptable representation conditions of the law and not from the settlement for our case.
