I have been waiting for this moment to write a review for Jan, and finally it's here! I work in medical field in the States for many years. With Jan's help and guidance , I would be able to get through each obstacles during my working visa tenure and eventually acquire my permanent residency. The road was so bumpy to predict as Covid hit in 2020 and affect many plans and business, but Jan really carved out a probable way to follow so i can reach to the destination with many days of waiting and destination. With many uncertainty ,He is like that beacon you need when you drift in the ocean. Jan is the best US immigration lawyer! And I know from my own experience with other lawyers. He successfully helped me with multiple visas and green card in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable of the applicable law and experienced with the process. If he takes you as a client, you can be sure that he will spend time to learn your story and suggest best strategies. I rarely write reviews online, but Jan Albrecht did an absolutely terrific job processing my wife's immigrant visa. He was attentive, supportive, payed close attention to important details, and always contactable and prompt. I cannot recommend his services more highly. I should also note that before choosing Jan we shopped around for multiple immigration attorneys, and are extremely glad we ultimately chose Jan! It made all the difference.

Jan Albrecht is an excellent immigration layer who helped my wife and I get our green cards. He is very professional and always gave us clear guidance on how and when to prepare immigration documents. He is excellent at answering any questions we have along the process. We're also impressed by how he's actively tracking immigration schedule (like visa bulletin) and kept reminding us what to do in different phases. We're also very lucky to have him with us during our green card interview. Everything went so smoothly! What impressed us more was : after the interview our priority date was not current yet, so our case had been sent back to one of immigration office and we had to wait for our priority date to be current before our case could be processed. As far as I know, usually it will take at least several weeks for our case to be processed again after our priority date is current. But Jan sent out a letter to immigration officer and right after our priority date went current and we received our case get processed and approved within a week! We truly appreciate his proficiency? I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration layer!

Jan was very professional and knowledgeable. He is very attentive throughout the whole process and focused on every detail of our situation which made it so much easier and stress free for us.
