Steven Soto recently represented me in a real estate contract dispute I had with a Builder and it was quickly evident through working with him that he is very knowledgeable, and experienced. During this entire ordeal, Mr. Soto spent ample time walking me through the process and ensured that I agreed with his approach. Within the first few minutes of Steven taking on my case, he was able to find an amendment to the declaration that was never disclosed to me by the Builder. Steven used this information and was able to get me out of my contract. I received a full refund of my Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) from the Builder without having to spend extra money going through arbitration (there was a mandatory arbitration clause in the purchase contract).
