Antonio Benavides is a great lawyer, went above and beyond for my 18 year old son. Initially represented him on two misdemeanor cases (theft and interfering with a public officer) and then my son caught another charge (burglary of vehicle). Mr. Benavides was able to get all three cases dismissed. Also when the felony lawyer was not doing his job on the Possession of Stolen Credit Cards, Antonio step in and substituted himself as the acting lawyer, removed the incompetent lawyer from the case and got my son deferred probation. Four cases in total while on bond on each one and Mr. Benavides was able to help my son, fighting for him every step of the way and got my son the best deal possible. UPDATE MAY -15 -2024 [ Let me update you on this case I'd like a Thorne in my side which cut a lot of careers I am trade to do but to have an expunge record ( records removed from client's background) makes the difference like night in day. The case I talked about underneath my up date has came to a final conclusion. The Law Offices of Antonio Benavides got me the expunge cleared. It took about a year to get all the documents he needed to have prepared but in the meantime the instructions where to continue being good n true and in a matter of time this too shall pass. In it did. It took a whole lot of patience and I did check every few months down the road but they told me to just be patient and they will get back with me. Then one day I hot an email from them and it was a good one. They had everything signed from all the court houses and judge. They sent me the documents to my address inTennessee. Not one time I had to step foot in Texas for those concerns but now when I visit thanks to them. I love Texas n I live Tennessee lol But you know who I love ?? The law offices of Antonio Benavides ??] I had a case that needed to be dealt with out of state because I no longer reside in Texas. You see, I had false charges brought up against me and was kicked out my own home which resulted in me to quit my job and rebuild my life in Tennessee, where I have a supportive family to get me through this ordeal.
