My company needed to do a foreclosure on a person who refused to pay us on a Promissory Note secured by a Deed of Trust. Luckily, we didn't have to complete the foreclosure process since the person who owed us the money finally decided to pay once they saw we would be foreclosing on her home. Dishonest bad practice racist . My house was in foreclosure and the bank offered me first loan modification and after short sale so they were doing ILEGAL dual Tracking , they are racist my first language is Spanish and I over heard when I called filty Mexican and all the time they hung off my phone calls and they call racist names I am Reporting this unprofessional Behavior to the state bar Asociation .
