I have known Erika for at least three years and I am impressed with her steadfast courage to remain focused on quality service no matter what. Highly recommended.
I recently worked with Erika for estate planning. I had no idea what estate planning was but I can tell you I feel much better now that I know our wishes are documented appropriately. Erika really made it easy for us to understand, she was more than helpful. I unfortunately will be leaving my family sooner than I had hoped for and I encourage everyone and especially anyone who is facing a terminal disease to seek estate planning through Erika. There is so much more involved than just a will. I will rest easy knowing my wife and children won't have unnecessary red tape after my death. Thank you Erika for all you did for us.
Hands down the best attorney experience I've ever had. I had a few friends who had recently lost their husbands and there was nothing in place and what a nightmare it was for them. My husband has a terminal diagnosis and they were telling me how important it is that I get estate planning done. Erika walked us through so much we didn't even know about. She treated us with such care and love and my husband has mentioned several times to me how much better he feels about our future after he is gone. I highly recommend Erika to anyone, especially if you know your future is going to be different that you expected.
Do you have a will, power of attorney, and a medical directive prepared and up to date? If not, you're not alone. If you're like me, you try not to think too much about arrangements in the event of your eventual demise. I’ve never seriously contemplated what would happen to me should I fall incapacitated or just simply fall off my rocker (save for those rainy afternoons spent listening to albums by The Cure). It all certainly seems daunting and let’s face it, these days there are a million other things to worry about. But I had to get it done. Now I’ve not studied jurisprudence, but I know enough to know that online do-it-yourself solutions when it comes to the law is a bad idea. The peace of mind alone provided by Erika Orcutt is worth the price. She gave us her undivided attention and spent the necessary time at both appointments answering our many questions. She explained options, scenarios, and solutions that worked best for our family and presumed survivors while preparing our will. She was just as thorough with matters involving our power of attorney and medical directives. She also explained the nuts and bolts of trusts and strategies needed to avoid probate and other hurdles that can affect your loved ones and survivors. She was recommended by two separate folks, a close friend and a colleague, who both have much more complicated estate planning situations. They were both completely satisfied with her services. Now I have joined the club. I can’t recommend her enough! I know deep down there is that little voice that keeps reminding you to get it done. So, what are you waiting for? Call Erika and make it happen! You won't be disappointed.
Erika was great in helping us prepare wills, advance medical directives and powers of attorney. She gave excellent advice and was accommodating in meeting our needs quickly. I strongly recommend!
