About Erika
Erika has been practicing law for over 20 years. A native of California, Erika received her bachelor of arts in political science from UCLA and played trumpet in the marching band. She received her law degree with honors from The American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. and she obtained a master’s degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School.
After spending a total of 15 years as an attorney with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, and as a federal judicial law clerk in Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlanta, George, Erika started her own practice in 2012. Erika is licensed to practice in Georgia, California, and Nevada.
Erika brings both her professional and personal experience into her practice in helping people plan for the future of their families and protect their loved ones. She is passionate about educating the community on estate planning and probate, and helping her clients through some of life’s difficult decisions and most challenging times. Erika also enjoys working with small business owners to form and grow their businesses.
Erika’s husband is also an attorney, who is currently serving on active duty with the U.S. Army Reserves. They reside in Acworth and have two wonderful girls and several pets.
