I came to see Joseph on a whim as I believed I had a case, but my go-to lawyer disagreed. So when I met with Joseph the first time I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Joseph knew exactly how to handle my case, I thought he was practicing law for 40 years! The breadth and depth of his knowledge is amazing! And that was just a the beginning. Joseph was also super friendly and down to earth which I really appreciate because a lot of lawyers that I have met in the past seem to look down their nose at me. Another good thing was staying in touch - some of the lawyers I've used in the past are just plain bad at communicating - just hard to get a hold of or don't keep you informed of the status of the case. My experience with Joseph was completely the opposite of that, again much to my surprise. I think Joseph has a passion for practicing law and fighting for the regular guy - and his intensity drives results. While I can't divulge the details of my case due the confidential nature of the settlement, I can say I am very satisfied and would recommend Joseph without hesitation. Another positive note: Joseph and his team are really with it too in terms of technology. I'm now based on the other end of the country but with the tech stuff it didn't feel like it at all.
