The Minias law firm was very adamant on accomplishing our case for us. They know the law! They confidently ensured us that we would win our case and we did! I appreciated how they kept in touch when they could. If there was anything that could have been done a bit better, it would probably have been the communication throughout this process. It was a lengthy amount of time and we did find ourselves out of the loop a few times on what was happening. We unfortunately had to contact the firm a few times for updates on our case. Unknowingly, it was all being handled mostly behind the scenes. I think for myself, I would have preferred to be in the know for every negotiation and opposing conversation; however, it was all handled in the end and handled in a professional manner. We will definitely return to this law firm if we have any other disputes!
I have used the Minias Law Firm for many years. Chris worked hard to get me a maximum settlement for my auto injury case. I have also recommended this firm's legal services to others who have had great results. I highly recommend this firm if you want a firm that pays attention to detail and is strategic in litigation.
The Minias law firm took care of my case. It took a while to get things taken care of, but the Minias law firm did not stop until the proper amount was awarded to me. I think them for taking the time to make sure that I was awarded a fair amount. I would recommend this law firm and will continue to use them in the future if needed. I appreciate the diligence and professionalism.
This firm has represented me and my businesses for about 10 years now. Chris is a true professional when making business deals and negotiating large contracts. He is not just an attorney but an entrepreneur so he knows what is valuable to make a deal happen. This firm has also defended my business in a few matters with a 100% success rate. I am so thankful to have this team in my corner when I need them.
TLDR: It was a hard process for me, and Chris got me a settlement I needed, which is the first time I've seen justice in my life. I suggest you call him if you need help. Chris was my attorney and I told him I would leave an honest review here. It was really hard for me to trust a professional (lawyer) to support me through having to sue another professional (landlord) who was negligent. Throughout the process, I felt frustrated, unsure, and I would call and complain. I know I was difficult because I was going through a lot of trauma and I have an invisible disability that makes things like organizing details and paperwork difficult for me. Each time I called or emailed in a fluster, someone would get back to me, and they would talk to me thru the next step or tell me why something was taking longer. In the end, the agreement was negotiated suddenly on a regular Monday I wasn't expecting. Chris got me the financial compensation, but that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. I'm giving 5 stars because he listened to me well enough to let me know the consequence for the other party, "because I know it's important he has a consequence for the way he treated you, which wasn't okay." I'm giving 5 stars because when I told Chris and Michael I was disabled, they acknowledged they heard me, and they tried to accommodate me. Chris called me passionate. People who don't understand me call me other names... Thank you, Chris, for the settlement, but moreso for treating me like a human worth working hard to support and serve, as well as worthy of justice. That experience will last longer than the money.
