I hired attorney Molden for a sexual harassment claim against my employer. After receiving my right to sue from the EEOC I made multiple attempts to contact Ms Molden at her office to no avail. I finally recieved word from her firm that she would be dropping me as a client, 6 days before my right to sue expired because she couldn't handle the case. While her firm drafted a lawsuit for me to file myself, I didn't receive that until the last day I could file suit for this complaint. If she would have let me know she wasnt handling the case a month ago, I would have had enough time to file the suit and hire an attorney to take her place. Instead, I'm without a job and without any sort of compensation due to a lack of preparation and professionalism from Attorney Molden and her entire firm. nnKeep shopping people. Do not use this firm.
