Don't even think of signing a contract provided by Bill McFarlands office without your own attorney. Just saw the scumiest contract in my life while trying to buy a home and walked. Homeowner was so shocked when they read it they dumped his ass and we did purchase the home through another attorney.. with a fair and normal real estate contract. Run like hell from him and his scumlord contracts.

Bill helped me with a title issue on a piece of property that I bought at an auction. He did it for the price he quoted and in the amount of time he told me it would take. It was great. Thanks.
