This company just took over my home loan of which I have had for over 20 years. First I don't appreciate being told this is an attempt to collect a debt, really you are handling my mortgage loan not a collection debt. Furthermore, why do I get a call from them within the first week of payment being due (1st of month) and I'm not even late till after the 17th of each month, this is harassment by your company. Then last month I received a statement stating my escrow was short so when I made the monthly house payment I added in the shortage on the escrow. Low and behold if I didn't get another letter stating my escrow account was even more short than before. Really whomever is taking these payments need to pay attention to how the statement is set up with the payments not just apply the remaining balance to my principal. This is a poor company to deal with and am working hard to get it out of their hands and letting the BBB know how they do business. This company is very inadequate to do their jobs for mortgage loans do what you are good at collections

Yes everyone, it comes back to a sh*tty Utah Attorney Generals office always looking the other way on consumer protections..., Excepting I'd there's a dime in it for his office. How is it Utah's leadership as the shinila in the cesspool allowing this to go on! These practices endure because of the lack of leadership here! Just look at the lineup of poor leadership resulting in both previous attorney generals indicted and prosecuted. It's why enough equally unaccountable SPS is the predatory bag of smashed sphincters. It's called a class action lawsuit, people.

Took over my parent Bank loan After the estate was in my name completely then added my parents back on without permission, opened a escrow , again, without permission, then took me OFF. lol And I am the sole owner of the property. then the insurance check they wrote out to my dead parents. totally brainless , cost me 6000 for an attorney to get MY name back on MY house and now it as a 3rd party lol. This company is the worst! My loan was sold to them by Bank of America, which I never had a problem with. My loan gets transferred in November 2016 and they immediately send me a letter telling me that my loan is past due and that I owe 2 months payments. I call them and they tell me they don't know for 60 days how much I owe because it's being transferred. I asked them, then why do they send me letters stating that I'm late and owe 2 months payments? They said they didn't know. All the other posts are accurate. They charge $15 to pay on-line, Bank of America is free. They sent me a letter welcoming me and inviting me to log into their on-line system. I tried but it wouldn't work. I called them and they said I have to wait 60 days. I asked, then why did you send me a letter now inviting me to register when you know I can't? They said they didn't know, which is the best answer they folks can give you. I ended up refinancing my loan to get away from them. They had my interest rate wrong, my payment wrong, nothing was done correctly. I called them at least 15 times, and now they owe me about $4,000 since I refi'd and I'm due my impounds. They said call us back in 30 days. I read that they harass people for paying a couple days after the first, but they want me to call them back in 30 days when they owe my $4 grand. Nice! SPS is as low as they get scum of the earth.
