Joe was so professional and patient! He really helped me get some clarity on a matter we were handling. His advice helped so very much, and he even stuck around and answered a number of my questions well after our scheduled appointment was over. Definitely recommend him.

Unprofessional, when I called Joe stated he was in a meeting and to call back in an hour, I called back 2 hours later and Joe stated he will call back after he was done with a call. Both times he answered as if he was being bothered, so when he finally called back I debated answering as I didn’t care for his demeanor on the first two times I reached out, but I did and he was just as unprofessional as before. This has nothing to do with the feedback provided, this is about how he handled the conversations. Might need a paralegal or someone to screen calls if he doesn’t want to do the job.

Horrible customer service. He hung up the phone in the middle of the call. I’d assume it was an accident had other people not experienced the same.
