The Philips Law Firm

Do not go here! This law firm has had my case for 2 years and I have yet to receive any results. They lack professionalism and refuse to provide updates on my case to me. They never answer my calls or return my messages. I have falsely been told on several occasions that someone would call me back- this has yet to happen. I went as far as emailing Phillip to get some sort of response, but have yet to hear a response from him. In the past I resorted to driving from my home all the way to the office in Spring (nearly 30 miles) just to receive some sort of answer regarding my case. This was a disaster. The office is extremely hard to find and is located in a residential area. Upon arrival to the office, I called and still received no answer. I knocked on the door and was informed by the receptionist that they were still trying to serve the person responsible for my automobile accident- this was about a year after the accident. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received here.

Unfortunately I was in need of an attorney and The Philips Law Firm came highly recommend. During the two years I worked with Don and his team at his firm my experience was very positive. They always communicated with me and always kept me fully informed of how my case was progressing. I always knew what to expect. In the end Don was able to recover a lot more than I was expecting.
