I have the most positive recommendation for Paul and his staff. I was fortunate to have wise parents, who lived into their 90’s. Paul advised them for many years until their passing with careful listening and understanding of my family. Their wills were carefully created to give me their oldest child, powers of attorney both financial and medical. In the event of my death other family members were named. Probate and distribution of assets was clean and easy process. My situation was also challenging because I live in Utah and Covid. For all of us the death of a family member is a difficult place to be but Paul will be able to make it less stressful.

Paul is an amazing attorney for elder law. However, he will not meet with anyone in person. You are forced to use a clunky website to set a virtual appointment via a video call. My parents had wills, POA and other needed documents prepared. My father was very ill (and has since passed). I emailed him with a question which he answered but requested I set a video call for the next question I or my mother had (assuming so he could bill). I think his business model is horrible (he is having a 82 year old non-tech woman try to set up and attend a video call) bit he is knowledgeable. I do know before my dad passed he vowed never to use him because he could not meet him.

Several years ago my parents worked with Paul and his office to draft their wills, POAS and Community Survivorship Agreement. I am so thankful for my parents well thought out planning with Paul’s guidance. After the passing of my Mother, I contacted the Premack office and promptly received a phone call from Mrs. Premack. She gave me detailed instructions on how to utilize their secure website and portal to upload documents since I live out of state. I was also able to schedule a video conference with Paul to discuss the next steps of probate. Paul promptly drafted updated POAs for my Father. During this entire process, Paul was so helpful, his communication was absolutely wonderful and extremely prompt. I am so thankful for his assistance and legal expertise. I called to see if I could get some help setting up a trust for my father. When being told the POA I had from Illinois wasn’t valid in Texas, the office manager laughed at me and said they couldn’t help. I don’t know why someone who practices elder care law would laugh at someone spending money to try and help their loved ones, but it was extremely rude and condescending. He could be the best lawyer in the world and I would never give him my business as his staff is incredibly unprofessional.
