My parents set up a trust years ago and, perhaps, Paul did a good job. However it is now apparently impossible to get a follow up call or appointment since my parents passing. I've been attempting to reach an actual person for over a week and have yet to hear back. I tried to drop by today to politely make an appointment but I would need a code to get into the building. I sent email to the address given on the phone recording and it bounced back.
