My experience at OMalley Tunstall PC has been great. They are very professional and detailed oriented. I used Mrs. O’Malley for my Social Security Disability claim. I retained her services from the start when I did my application. Terri, her paralegal, was very helpful. She also worked hard to get the medical records from my doctors, kept me informed about my case either by phone or email. Yes it was a long process (a little over 2yrs) however their expertise did help calm my nerves. I was denied twice, after the second denial Mrs. O’Malley requested a hearing. About 2.5 weeks prior to our court date, Mrs. O’Malley called me to go over my case which helped calm my nerves. On the day of court, the case was done like a zoom meeting.The court case went really smooth. We got the decision a little over a month after the court date, it was a favorable decision. If you are on the fence on whether or not to get an attorney, I do suggest getting an attorney, it makes the process so much easier. I definitely suggest Mrs. O’Malley as your attorney. She along with Terri will basically do all the work as far as submitting doctor notes, obtaining medical records and they will keep you informed. Not only that usually when I emailed a question, they would get back to me usually within 24hours unless it is an holiday or weekend. I am so happy I decided to go with them.

A Big Shout Out to The O'Malley Tunstall Group, they helped me out through a very difficult time, when I became sick and helped me with going through the whole process of applying for Disability. They were kind and compassionate and stayed on top of everything. Thank you all for everything. If your ever in need, I would definitely recommend this wonderful group of people.
