My case has had to been re filed twice and now a third time due to miscommunication with agents who barely speak fluent English. One paralegal tells me to make the payment on a certain date and I would be fine while they closed my case again!!! Now they want me to wait to be refunded because the paralegal said I failed to make the payment when in fact I sent another paralegal a copy of the payment and they’re saying my payment hadn’t posted but yet I received the email that it had posted! They didn’t try to reach out to the trustee to show proof that my payment was made!! Now I have to wait for money to be refunded back to me AGAIN!!! And now they want me to PAY in advance the attorney fee when it is not my fault that their paralegals are obviously inexperienced! Then the young lady hung up in my face when I asked if I could speak with someone else because I could not understand her broken English! I may have to go to someone else who’s more knowledgeable and respectful!!
