It is absolutely appalling! No delivery after 3 weeks! No response to emails!

Created an order 1 March. Enquired about it 3 March. Informed it takes 2-5 business days. Enquired again about whereabouts of order 7 March. nPromised a response within 2 hours. Received an email response 9:55 the following day indicating escalation and an answer within 2 business days. Called same day as this was not acceptable. Was escalated to manager who informed me the "delivery truck with my order had broken down and the goods were left inside it during the mechanical repairs"nThey had located the goods and promised they would be delivered morning of 9 March.....still waiting....and still being promised !!nOh, and this is not a one off, happened to the previous order as well.nYou have lost my business Officemax. !

Product Description on Website was inaccurate for my order.nDon't do what they say they will do - received a replacement order that was the same as the original order after being told they would firstly confirm whether the product description was incorrect or whether I was sent the wrong item. nInconvenienced with return order pickup and told to wait up to 3 weeks for a refund to my Credit Card when the return has been received.
