DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER TO ANYONE SEEKING GOOD HELP FOR IMMIGRATION!! The Tellez Law Firm is not good at communication with its clients. We hired him to work on our mother's case and they never did send in the paperwork to the immigration. I had to be the one calling them all the time to get an update on the case and the only reason they will give is "it is pending". Come to find out 9 months later that they never did send in the paperwork. They will always have covid as an excuse and then just plain blamed immigration losing our paperwork. Diana is very rude and they would not return our calls or emails we sent. They just want to make sure they had their money but never did the work. They will also be late to the appointments with them. The first and last day I met Enrique Tellez I waited for him for 2 hours past my appointment. That was the day I closed my case with him.

Enrique Tellez is a great immigration attorney! I hired Mr. Tellez to represented me during my application for citizenship. My case was a little different and I needed representation and guidance and Mr. Tellez took the time to listen carefully and gave good feedback and set me at ease regarding each step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Tellez went through the details of my application and made sure that I was comfortable with them he even did a practice interview so that I would be less intimidated by the interview. THANKS to Mr. Tellez I'm now awaiting my citizenship ceremony letter. His staff is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Mr. Tellez.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! So unprofessional. POOR communication. After not getting any new updates for my case after yearS id call everyday to see if there were any new updates. I was always told I’d get a call back from the lawyer which would NEVER happen. The assistant Diana is plain rude. She began to ignore my calls for months. At the end was told there was nothing they could do when they knew ALL ALONG. Don’t waste your time with them. Like Answer

I would not recommend Tellez ever to anybody. A family member paid him and he did not do what he said he was going to do. Didn't even bother to appear in court and his secretary is rude and acts like you're bothering her when you call to get info. But they didn't take long at all to withdraw payment in full from checking account. We will be filing a complaint with Minnesota Judicial Branch since that's the state he is licensed in.

Enrique Tellez, the best lawyer I have ever known in all aspects, Honest, Honest, Capable and great human being. After going to many lawyers The Tellez Law Firm is the best of the best.
