No heart at all. He doesn’t care about the people all he cares it’s how much money he can get. He is very rude and aggressive !

Owner is a coward. Frank Ruggieri is everything you would expect form an HOA attorney, whether it his insecurity about height, disrespectful attitude towards his own clients or his cocky attitude towards judges and their JA's until they inevitably put him in his place to which he makes excuses for. He is a shame to his field to say the least and deserves to live in the situation he is currently in. His wife is very nice however.

This firm is a private set up with the possibility of them being all family members linked to HOA. They have no customer service skills, use threatening and bullying tactics. They do not own up to their inefficiency /mistakes and charges extortionate sums. Easily label criminal for the way they operate. Poor communication, lack of compassion and I pray they are never in a debt situation. Stupid me, how can they when the extortionate sums claimed from the struggling Homeowner pays for their living standard. not worth 1 star but could not choose anything else

Absolutely horrible customer service. Has charged "legal fees" of over $400 because they wrote me back in a response to my inquiry regarding my original address change to my HOA, so that I would receive HOA Invoices to the correct address. The threatened if I did not pay their legal fees owed for the response to my email that they would put a lien on my house! They furthermore insinuated I was a liar by saying that my claim to a previous change of address was "subject at best" when I told them that the association was provided my new address once before the previous year, before this law firm took over management of the HOA account. If you want to anger the home owners in your association, hire this law firm. I would fight it but it would cost me more than $400 to do so. In my opinion, this is extortion and racketeering at it's best.

Fell behind over 3 years on HOA fees. Will and the firm worked with us to help get it all paid off when I was able to!
