I am writing this review as a previous client of Deandra Grant. When I was charged with DWI I was persistent in seeking out the strongest possible defense. My case relied heavily on blood evidence, so Deandra seemed the perfect fit. Her extensive knowledge of the subject and professionalism are second to none. Initially I was uncomfortable in the trial, but she helped me find comfort and move forward with confidence. Although it was not the ideal position to be in I will be forever grateful to Deandra. Extremely unprofessional. Hardly spent any time on my case. In addition, I hired Deandra, yet after the fact she passed me off to another partner in her firm after I had already payed the extra money to have HER represent me. Never showed once in court as she had promised. Don't waste your money.

My experience with Deandrea Grant was great and professional. When I met her she guide me through the process. After meeting with her I then, collaborated with her Paralegal Cheryl. At time she was descent and other as I would say a dry piece of toast. As my license was ready for renewal, I did not know that Deandrea was responsible for having the judge to sign off on it. I go get my license renewed at the Texas Trasportaion office. They didn't say anything to me. I drove a year and a half with an invalid licences. I was pulled over for a light out on my car, he check my license and then told me it's invalid. I then received a ticked. I called Austin Texas Trasportation office and she then explained why, and that my attorney had to have a form from the judge to sign for This renewal. This was something that cost me money, havioc and having to drive another year with an occupational license for Deandrea Grant failed with completeing her process to go in front of the judge for his signature . Something simple. Cheryl when you call is not a candid person. All in all she failed as my attorney, who I paid to complete all and any issues to address. Her fiduciary duty.
