They made me and my kids feel important and not like just another case. Mrs. Vicki was AWESOME!! She kept me informed through the entire process!! I recommend this law firm. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10 because they really got to work on my case, they made sure I was taken care of and Ms. Doris took out the time and patience's to ALWAYS keep me aware of what was going on. And she answered all my MANY questions and concerns in a timely manner. (with patient's, courtesy, and knowledge. I must say they are the best around. Doris Billups was amazing, she was there to guide me every step throughout the process. She called regularly to keep me updated and reassure that she was attentive to my case at all times. Vickie Todd was amazing! She stayed in touch regularly throughout a very complicated and long process. She kept us informed and was patient in answering our questions that I am sure we asked more than once. Attorney Kyle met with us when we had additional questions and again made sure we understood everything. (Even if may have been news that we didn’t necessarily want to hear). I will start out by saying that it is extremely distressing to be involved in a wreck in another state caused by an under-insured distracted driver who was going more than fifty-five miles per hour and never put on brakes. The most stressful part occurs when you go back home, and you cannot get medical help because it was an “automobile accident”. After struggling for over a year and getting treatment from a chiropractor and being referred for physical therapy, I wound up having to pay back my health insurance provider for those visits and was left with no one who would help me. After hearing Vance Law Firm ads on our local TV station, I decided to “Call Three, for me-333-3333” because I really needed help. Carlton took my case information and got things started. Lexi made tons of copies of the paperwork I had already received. Tonia became my case manager and worked behind the scenes with Attorney Kyle. Tonia immediately got to work and got my auto insurance company to pay for physical therapy until my medical coverage ran out, and they worked with the insurance company of the driver in Florida who was at fault. She always responded when I called or emailed with more information. She also was the calming voice I needed. Then Covid happened making it difficult to see any doctor. Then the money ran out. Vance Law Firm started working on getting our auto insurance…that is supposed to cover my medical costs because we have the uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage...to accept responsibility. (The insurance companies don’t want to turn loose this money.) Tonia was always helpful and made sure that my health insurance provider’s correspondence/bills and my auto insurance correspondence went to her at Vance Law Firm. Whenever I had a question or had more information, she was always helpful and worked with Kyle to finally get my case resolved. I never knew how difficult it would be to deal with insurance companies and medical providers because I had never been injured in a wreck. I don’t know what I would have done if I had not gotten legal help. I will always have problems caused by my injuries, but I was able to have my surgery and physical therapy…which I am now continuing at home. I am so thankful that I called 333-3333, The Vance Law Firm. You just can’t deal with these insurance companies on your own when personal injury is involved.
