With short notice, after having to switch law offices, Julia took my client's file and worked diligently to process every aspect of our time-sensitive closing. Kathy Tran was also excellent at communicating changes and submitting all paperwork in a timely fashion - without ever having to ask her! Average experience. They seemed professional, but communication was mostly with our agent with very little contact with us. For instance, on the day of closing, it appears everyone knew of completion of survey except us the buyers/clients. Also, we were advised at the table that they were told by the seller not to release keys to us until they had funds from us. After I confirmed that funds had already been wired to them prior to closing and lender’s rep had confirmed their wire as well, closer advised receipt. Being familiar with the real estate closing process, I was left baffled why these things went the way they did....

I've been referring this firm for years and do all of my own personal legal business here as well. Craig and his staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their clients to help their clients.
